By registering an account with x666x, accessing the x666x website at https://x666x.app, or using any service, game, or feature offered by x666x, you ("the Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the x666x Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the x666x platform and must not register or attempt to register an account.

x666x reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, x666x will notify registered players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification. The revised Terms and Conditions will be effective from the date specified in the notice.

Access to and use of the x666x platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at all times during which a player holds a registered account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. x666x does not permit registration, account operation, or use of any platform feature by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

x666x employs automated and manual controls to detect underage registration and use. Any player who provides false information regarding their age or identity during registration commits a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Upon closure of an account in good standing — that is, an account closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms and Conditions — any remaining verified PKR balance net of pending bonuses subject to wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, x666x reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance to cover any losses, damages, or costs incurred by x666x as a result of the player's conduct.

x666x is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing its players with the tools and information needed to keep their gaming activity within safe and enjoyable limits. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x666x, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the x666x platform, however caused and whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the x666x platform or any service or feature thereon, whether planned or unplanned.

• Any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials or from any unauthorised access to your account that results from your own negligence.
• The conduct or content of any third-party game provider, payment processor, or other service provider whose products or services are accessible through the x666x platform.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit x666x's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

x666x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page at https://x666x.app/terms-conditions.

Where x666x makes material amendments to these Terms and Conditions, registered players will be notified via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the amended terms taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory instruction, or to address a security concern, in which case the amended terms take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the x666x platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must close your x666x account before the effective date of the amendment. Any PKR balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
